  • What are your hours?

    Our delivery is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm every day

    *For some areas deliverys starts at 11:30 am

  • Is RFS medical or recreational?

    We are recreational only.

  • What is your exchange / return policy?

    All items are final sale unless product backed by guarantee is defective (i.e. cartridges, battery packs, accessories) Defective products Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • How do I get started?

    Getting started is easy. Visit our Online Menu and start shopping! When you’re ready to checkout you will be asked to create an account. From there you’ll have to upload a picture of your government-issued ID as well as a selfie with your ID in hand.


  • Do you accept debit or credit cards?

    WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS. ONLY CREDIT CARDS WE ARE ACCEPTING WHEN CUSTOMER PLACED WITH US MINIMUM 5 ORDERS. THIS SERVICE ENABLES YOU TO MAKE PAYMENTS AT YOUR DOORSTEP FOR YOUR DELIVERY THROUGH YOUR DEBIT CARD. A TRANSACTION FEE OF $5 APPLIES FOR USING THIS SERVICE, AND TRANSACTIONS ARE ROUNDED UP TO THE NEAREST $5 INCREMENT.

  • What is the minimum or maximum for delivery?

    The minimum amount for most deliveries is $65 before taxes and after discounts.  Some extended locations may have a $75-$200 order minimum.You can check your locations minimum by clicking here or by reaching out to customer service.

  • What is the average delivery time?

    Once an order is finalized, delivery to your hands is approximately from 45 min to two hours.

  • Do taxes get applied to the order?

    Due to regulations, all members will be required to pay delivery sales and use taxes will be calculated based on the City, County, and Zip Code where the delivery occurs. The sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout when ordered through realfiresociety.com. Most orders must meet order minimums before taxes have been applied.   • Is there a rewards program?

    Yes, we do! You receive points with every order placed through our website. You get 10 points for every dollar spent. View deals page here for full details

  • Can I earn credit for referring a friend?

    You can! As an existing member, you receive $25 in credit once your referred friend has completion their first delivery as a new member. Your referred friend will also get $25 off of their first order as well. Please provide the full name in the order notes to receive credit and use coupon code 25RFS at checkout.

  • What if I need a return or exchange?

    While we stand by the quality of all the products we sell, we understand that things happen. If you have any questions please contact us immediately. You may also browse our return policy by clicking here.

  • Can someone else pick up my order?

    Unfortunately, No. You will need to be the one to pick up your order and present your valid ID and pay for your product.
