Defective Products


Item must be returned within 2 days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange.


Must have original packaging and product​.


Refund or exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs​.


All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of return request approval.​


If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​


Unopened Products


Item must be new, sealed, and come with complete packaging.


If requested item is out of stock a replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.


There is a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The fee can be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.​


We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund or exchange.​
